Actually, dah malas dah nak tulis pasal Celcom. But their latest financial report announcement caught the eye.
THEY LOST 80,000 CUSTOMERS IN 3 MONTHS!
This is strange because Celcom was the first to introduce the big data package back in August. What happened? How come they are losing customers?
80,000 is definitely a cause for concern. It’s crazy. The effect of losing that many customers will be felt in the 4th quarter for sure.
Of which the ominous signs mentioned in the chain letter being circulated in Celcom for the past few weeks may have some truth in it.

What is the management trying to do there? It is unclear. Celcom is fast losing its place among the customers. Even their loyal customers are moving away.
